Nos critères de sélections sont les suivants : vins bio ou nature uniquement, dans un rayon de 50 kms, mais surtout locaux pour faire connaitre notre terroir, stabilité et conservation des vins, vigneron sympathique (eh oui, cela fait partie du plaisir de déguster aussi) passionné, créatif et respectueux de la terre.
